It’s says my sim is pregnant but there’s no moodlets I just can’t age her up

Hi there,   (THIS IS FOR THE SIMS 4)

quickie, basically my sim is pregnant apparently but the “eating for two” hasn’t showed up, she can do activities that pregnant sims can’t and she’s got no mood let’s however my only issue is that I cannot age her up and I really need to, but on the age ui bar it says she’s pregnant which was my only indication. I have tried cheats as in forcing labour and the different trimesters I have also reset the sim multiple times and it’s not doing anything

i would very much like to save this family as it’s a legacy game so can anyone help me fix this please?

    No, the option never came up so I just thought like it was normal woohoo obvs turns out it’s made her pregnant but there literally nothing except the age bar that says your sim can’t age up while pregnant but as I said she can still jog, dive all the things you can’t normally do while pregnant

    This is known to cause a lot of problems if you do not keep it updated. There have been a couple of updates after the patch.

    I’ve uninstalled my mod and it still says sue is pregnant, as I’ve saved the game while it shows this I don’t think there’s is a way of saving the gameplay, it’s fine, I’ll have to restart Thankyou for the help though
