It’s says my sim is pregnant but there’s no moodlets I just can’t age her up

Hi there,   (THIS IS FOR THE SIMS 4) quickie, basically my sim is pregnant apparently but the “eating for two” hasn’t showed up, she can do activities that pregnant sims can’t and she’s got no mood ...

@LittleSimmerPlum Just tested this in mine and it's showing up for me.

Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

    @LittleSimmerPlum 

    This is known to cause a lot of problems if you do not keep it updated. There have been a couple of updates after the patch.

      I’ve uninstalled my mod and it still says sue is pregnant, as I’ve saved the game while it shows this I don’t think there’s is a way of saving the gameplay, it’s fine, I’ll have to restart Thankyou for the help though
