It says I don't have the game

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? it wont let me load to find out
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except For Rent, Horse Ranch, Crystal Creations, Home Chef Hustle and last 4-5 kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. I cannot even load the game. It keeps saying "get the game"
What happens when the bug occurs? It closes the loading and does nothing
What do you expect to see? It will not load.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
