It says the code has been redeemed already

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I do not have any expansions installed, just the main sims 4 game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perhaps look in the system and see that I was the only person entering the code (my username:marianna_stp)
What happens when the bug occurs? It says that the code has already been redeemed
What do you expect to see? That the code would be accepted and the installing of my expansion pack would begin
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I first entered the code and it began installing, but then something went wrong and i decided to delete the progress (it was only at 1%) and enter the code again but when I did, it said that the code has alrwady been redeemed
