ChrissyJayy There's nothing particularly concerning in your dxdiag. But that's not a surprise if the problem is contained to one or a few households. As a test, please save one of these households to your in-game library and see whether they have the same issue. Place them in a default EA-made house, nothing from your library or the Gallery.
Save their home lot separately, and test that with fresh sims, not from your library or the Gallery.
