Ive been bought some packs but while i playing game they are unowned

I always update packs of the sims 4. im so happy for this game. But, today i found out problems, that my packs are unowned. ive doing anything like restart again, open again, but the result is same. ...

    Almost all of them, yeah they showed in the EA App. But i dont know, the game said theyre unowned 😭. I will try your suggestion, thanks..
