[JTB] Cannot obtain Comm Tower Access Codes to join Resistance

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Seasons, Outdoor Retreat, Realm of Magic, Journey to Batuu, Vampires, Tiny Living, Spooky Stuff.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to Batuu and start the mission “Risks and Rewards". After getting the Dataspike from the Scoundrel Contact, travel to the First Order district and analyze any of the control panels. None of them will have the option to obtain the comms tower access code, you will only have the default slicing options.

What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot join the resistance, as the quest line comes to a halt.

What do you expect to see? A mission option to Obtain Comms Tower Access Codes
