[JTB] Cannot obtain Comm Tower Access Codes to join Resistance

Product: The Sims 4 Platform: Windows Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.67.45...

@DonutRush I've managed to "Work around it" by just not doing that quest objective? The Comms Tower itself lets me just access it, without the required codes.
