Hey!
We just bought a new pc today and i just transferred all my files to the new pc but when i start the game it just says start new game.
It does reconises all the packs and stuff but not my previously played files.
How!? please help.
missdaphnealice It sounds like you didn't add your saves or other content to the Sims 4 folder the game is actually reading. Here's how to find it:

Make sure the path to your saves exactly matches the one the game lists, up to "The Sims 4."
