Just installed and it wont let me play

I just istalled the game and when to go play it for the FIRST time, i click play and it says:

         "      Update Required

A required update for The Sims tm 4 Premium Edition is available.

Would you like to download the update now?

this game is not playable until update is applied

    Update               Cancel          "

so i clicked the update button and it says:

"   X Floder in use

Hang on... Origin is using The Sims 4 folder for The Sims 4: The Sims tm Digital Soundtrack and cannot check for updates or repair it right now.please try again later.    " 

I Dont get this i just downloaded it and paid $70 to get this game and i vant even play it!

Can anyone help!!! Please!!!!!!

Got it to work because I had administrative problems so now I can play but the new question is:

 Why cant i see my cursor???????????????????????????????????????
