Lag on High-End Gaming Laptop- Ram Issue?

Hello, simmers!Recently, I purchased a new gaming laptop, specifically the Asus ROG Zephyrus M GU502. Unfortunately, when loading up the actual game, my framerate is very inconsistent and falls when I zoom out. My settings are set to Ultra, and the refresh-rate is at 144hz, and V-Sync is active. Again, as I mentioned before, the framerate&nbsp;fluctuates and regularly sits at 70-80 while performing simple tasks, 90-110 on idle and 30-40 when zoomed out and exploring the world. I'm beginning to think that it might be caused by the fact that my laptop only has one stick of ram (16gb) which runs on single-channel mode. I also got a pop-up stating that my card could not be recognized when I first launched the game a week ago.&nbsp;Specifications:CPU: Intel Core i7- 9750H 2.60GHz ~ 2.59GHzGPU: Nvidia RTX 2060RAM: 1x 16gb (Single Channel) 2666MHz

@MythicalRubyz&nbsp;You are running a preview build of Windows 10. Please upgrade to the final build 1903 May release.Make sure that the game is running on the Geforce card instead of the built in Intel graphics.

Also, check you are using the 'High Performance power plan (Additional power settings, High performance)

@jpkarlsen&nbsp;@EA_Barry&nbsp; I tried both, unfortunately, none seem to work. I already had the game running on the Nvidia Graphics Card.&nbsp;
