Try pasting the contents of your DXDiag onto www.hastebin.com, saving it there and linking here to that page. 🙂Your computer was not restored to factory. The video driver is Windows basic and you need the driver the was written for that laptop. A quick look shows other problems. You need to save any personal data and use the factory restore for that laptop.
