Language problem with Sims 4.

Help me please.

2 days ago I bought new game "The sims 4 Get to work". I installed it and orgin want to update the program and The Sims 4. 

After all i want to play, and then i get information "the current user is not entitled to run The Sims 4 in the installed language"

What can I do now ?

    Where did you buy GTW ? On Origin ? Did you maybe buy a version that is not the same as your base game ?
