cant run the sims 4 with this video card in this system error
hello!! I recently tried to play the sims 4 like I usually do, except when I want to launch it, the screen would temporarily turn white and freeze for a few seconds before closing and showing the error down below. I thought it might be from a broken mod, so I tried removing them and launching the game again just for it to show the same error. Ive done multiple other fixes such as repairing from origin ea app, Uninstalling the sims 4 and reinstalling it, trying to change the display and graphics to higher preformance, tryng to open the sims 4 in windowed mode, updating my graphic drivers { in which all of them are already updated}, repairing several times in ea app and restarting multiple times. Id also like to mention that my pc recently updated to windows 11 24h2, but I have downloaded everything and updated everything that I can. Ive attached the dxdiag results and the error code, and Id really appreciate the help.
Lilynetic What antivirus do you use? I ask because an overly-aggressive AV can cause this error, and some of the non-Sims 4-related errors in your dxdiag also look like permissions issues.

Managed to fix my problem where it crashes during launch after update | EA Forums - 4998584EmmyMortlock Please list the antivirus you use. Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
