laptop for sims

i currently use a old ps4 for sims so i have been looking at laptops and was wondering if  the laptop would be any good 

Lenovo LOQ 15in i5 16GB 512GB A530M Gaming Laptop

its on offer for 550 which is my budget and i would like cc and mods on there so would that be good?
