@jennifer88665 How cheap is "cheap" to you? For example, is this in your price range?
This laptop's hardware should be able to run all current Sims 4 packs on medium-high to high graphics settings. If you'd rather spend less, I can look for cheaper options, but there's a decent drop in performance from this tier to the next one down, which isn't necessarily much cheaper; and a more significant drop to the tier below that. Still, I can have a look around if you want.
Please also let me know if this laptop is within your budget but you don't like it for other reasons, and I can look around for similarly-priced options that fit your preferences.

I accidentally use my sister’s account . I am jennifer88665
@kirstey08 I can't confirm the exact specs of this laptop, but the model is almost ten years old, so no, I don't think it would be a good option. It might run the game on low settings, that's it, but even then, you could run into significant performance issues.
If you're willing to shop Ebay, check out these listings:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=177&_nkw=intel+core+i5+1135+g7&_sop=2
I specifically searched for laptops with an i5-1135G7 processor, which has the same graphics chip as the one I linked before and therefore should run Sims 4 the same. You can also search for laptops with a Ryzen 5 5500U, which has a graphics chip that's almost as fast. The Ryzen 5 4500U would be fine too, just a little slower than the 5500U.
The next tier down is the i3-1115G4 and the Ryzen 3 5300U. But for these models, make sure you're also getting 8 GB RAM and at least 256 GB storage.
You won't find a new or new-ish laptop with a 32-bit version of Windows installed. In fact, it's not supported anymore. Anyone reselling an older laptop will probably install 64-bit Windows on it as well, especially if it has more than 4 GB RAM. But you could reinstall Windows yourself if necessary. It's free when the computer already has a valid license, and downloading the 64-bit ISO is simple.
It seems eBay is not a good website for buying laptop .
my budget is around 200 pounds to 300 pounds .
do you have any recommendation ? ( laptop that can run high level graphics in sims 4)
thanks
@jennifer88665 If you're not willing to buy from Ebay, and I do understand why you might hesitate, then you're not going to find a laptop that can run Sims 4 (all current packs included) on high graphics settings for £300. They're just not available at that price, even used, from standard retailers. These are the best options I'm seeing for under £300:

They have the same hardware, just different screen sizes, and so should perform pretty much the same. This processor and graphics chip can probably only run all current Sims 4 content on medium settings at best, but you might get away with high if you don't own all the expansions. This also depends in part on your playstyle, and of course you could play with the graphics settings until you got a combination of look and performance that worked for you.
For medium-high to high graphics settings, as we talked about before, these are the cheapest I found:
For the laptops that come with Windows in S mode, you'd need to "update" to Home, but that's free and only takes a couple of clicks.
