@Jadal006 This doesn't look like a Mod or CC problem. It looks like you are having a conflict between the game and your Graphics Driver. I'm not a computer guru so I can't help. I googled the last line of your error and the graphics problem was the result. It does look like you are playing the game in 32-bit. It's recommended that you play the 64-bit version if possible, you can change that in Origin. Later this year they are updating the game so that moving forward you can only play in 64-bit. You will still be able to play 32-bit, you just won't be able to add new content. You may want to turn off automatic updates for the game in Origin so that you can control your patch downloads.
