Last update, lost everything

As you originally posted in the EA app boards, I will need to confirm with you the game and platform you're referring to so we can redirect your post to the correct boards. It seems like you're referring to The Sims, but we still need to confirm that and the game version and platform please.

unesteticaely​  Are you saying all your saves are gone?  Or are your saves still there, but some or all of the changes you've made are no longer applied?  These are two very different issues, and it comes down to whether you can choose Load Game and find your old saves or not.
