bug forum is usually one thread per bug (please do check the compiled list before creating one though). As for mod/cc, no houses and downloaded Sims from the gallery don't count. Only extra content you put in your mods folder.
To your issues
1. If you clicked on Have baby, yes it's normal that they have them right away. That you weren't able to check in is a problem though. Did you not get the option ? They they not move or what happened ?

Good evening, thanks for your quick reply, concerning your questions:
1) the option for the check-in didn't appear. After clicking on the sim for the second time and clicking on "have a baby", she changed her clothes and had the medical vest on and after waiting for such a long sim-time she has been directed to the operating room, where she had the 2 babies.
2) I will post there 🙂
3) I don't have any decoration triggering the flirty modus as far as I know. If I had something like that everybody should have turned into "flirty" the whole time, right? But that has never happened! Only the baby sitter though. And after taking care of the baby he became "more flirty". Grrrr.

5) Today i haven't played since i worked the whole day, i will probably check again with old savings and try the same thing again.
(P.s.: I don't have any modd or cc then -after your explanation)
I have also clicked on the game in order to repair it (on Origin) but I haven't played after doing that.
