LE when loading a certain household

I have several different households in my game, I have removed all mods and even the Tray folder. Running vanilla I still get LE that seems to appear when switching to a particular household. If I stay within another household it seems fine, until I switch. It seems to be something with aspirations. I changed the aspirations of all the sims in that household but the LE still shows up. I have been having multiple issues since the last update that are still not resolved.
