libcrypto-1_1-x64. dll is either not designed to run on Windows?

Please help everytime i try and play the sims or go on the ea app it comes up with 'libcrypto-1_1-x64. dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.' i dont know what to do please help!
