Are you having this textures issue with non custom content objects? From the screenshots you have shared, this seems like an issue with custom content that needs to be updated to be compatible with the new version of the game. If custom content or mods get outdated after a game patch, they need to be updated to be compatible with the new game version.

Found a fix for all the lighting troubles I have had since the cats and dogs patch. I simply turned off the SSAO by setting its value to false under the setting I use (medium). Every lighting issue I was having is gone, and the corners of each room are clean and crisp. All the CC I had also displays properly now without those ugly shadows/lines. The disabling of the SSAO eliminates the problem I was having, and still allows for the sun to cast shadows. Setting the lighting to low fixed the shadow/line issue, but did not allow the sun to cast any shadows.
