Clothes from sims 4 packs glitch

I just opened my game after a while of not playing, I used to have a lot of cc but because my game got too slow I deleted all of it, but now as I open my game after the new update the clothes from different packs is glitching. I tried repairing the game via EA but it didn’t change anything. As I said I have ZERO cc or mods in the game.
