TheKinaQueen That is definitely strange. There are certainly cc items that aren't fully compatible with DirectX 11 mode, if that's applicable. You could of course test with the Mods folder removed and back in DX11 mode. If that helps, I believe Sims4Studio has DX11 batch fixes for some categories of item.
I tested with mods disabled in the options, the glitch still happened....
