@lizzyygreenee As with everyone else with this issue who's posted a dxdiag, your computer has a graphics driver that's old enough to not be compatible with Sims 4, at least the DirectX 11 version. But updating the driver should fix the issue. You can get the newest-available driver from AMD:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
