Not all contact options are available for all countries or types of problems. Sometimes the best way to contact EA Customer Service is not via telephone. Many other options may be available depending on the type of problem you are having and the country you are in.
If the contact options for your country will not work for you. Change the country to the U.S. or Canada and proceed as normal and you should see more contact options.

If you are on a computer, the country can be found in the upper left corner of the browser.
