load games removed after instaling my sims 4 game again due to game issues

My sims 4 load games ar removed after I unstalled and installed my sims 4 on the EA app, I had to unstall it due to game building issues.

I tried first to repair the game serval times , but this didn't work also after clearing the cashe on my EA app was not helping.

So I tried to unstall the game and download it again, now everything I have saved before is GONE!!

I had 1272 hours time played on this game and a lot of things that I didn't save in my gallary yet...  the game is now also in English instead of Dutch

How can I get this back? I'am really stressed that I've lost everything... I thought everything was saved on my account...

When I first used Orging platform and changed to ea app platform I didn't had this problem all my files where there, so I thought it will be the same if I redownloeaded.

I still can see my total played hours.. only my loaded games are gone. Since I have the EA platform I have notting mor than only problems with my sims 4 game, form launching it to playing it...

  • @milesmilena  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts.  You should see a folder labeled "The Sims 4," which contains the data from when you've played the game in English.  Hopefully there's also a "De Sims 4" folder containing your saves and other user data from when you've played in Dutch.  These two folders are not interchangeable: the game will read whichever one corresponds to the language it's currently using.

You could of course move your content from the "De Sims 4" folder to the "The Sims 4" folder and pick up where you left off.  But if you prefer to keep playing in Dutch, just uninstall and reinstall the game, and it should go back to reading the proper folder.  If the App installed the game in English despite your choosing Dutch, set the App to run in Dutch this time.  If you don't see the option to install Sims 4 in Dutch, let me know.

I'd also suggest making a backup of the "De Sims 4" folder, or at least the saves and Tray folders inside, before doing anything else.  That would protect you against other computer issues that might otherwise wipe your Sims data.

If you can't find your old saves, please see this thread:
