loading house causes game to crash

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats+dogs, holiday celebration pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure but every time I try to build on or travel to any house the game starts to load, then pauses and just closes. (this only occurs in a certain save- all other saves are fine
What happens when the bug occurs? The game closes and I can't play
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to visit the house, and continue furnishing it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Basically, any time I try to build or visit a house the game closes. I can join and play, but I try to visit a house, or build in a house, the game just closes. This is really annoying because I've been building a lot lately.

EDIT: I've found that this only occurs in a certain save I have, which is really annoying because everything works fine in my other saves, but the one I've been using recently just doesn't work. This save is one I've been renovating bg houses and using shells with my cc, but I use cc in almost all my saves so I'm really confused as to why it's only this save. I've restarted my computer several times, repaired the game from origin, I've tried to find issues in my cc, but as I said, it's only this save giving me this problem.

@vremshi Best is to create your own thread, providing the following info

    1. Your Computer's DxDiag
    2. If you have, the following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\lastcrash.txt
    3. The following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\config.log

You can upload DxDiag and config.log directly to your post.

For any lastCrash files, either create a rar file and upload that or copy/paste the content of the file to a post inside spoiler tags (the icon next to the strike-through)
