Loading lot takes me to map screen

Hello!
So ever since the Seasons update, I haven't been able to load any lots at all, unless I turn off all my CC.

I've tried emptying out my mods folder, but even with only the Resource.cfg file in the mods folder, I'm taken back to the map screen.

I have to open the game options and physically disable the use of CC and mods to be able to enter a lot, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who relies heavily on mods and CC for an improved game experience... So ideally I'd like to find a way to fix this without having to remove all my CC and still keep my families and game progress. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    This is known to be caused by broken Mods. You should upgrade your Mods and CC after each patch.

    It doesn't work even after having removed all my mods and CC.

    You write that it works when you disable Mods And CC in the game which means that the folder you removed Mods/CC from is not the one that the game uses. So look for the correct folder possibly on Onedrive.
