Loading Screen Glitch

23c744f9699d147c  Deos the lot you're trying to load use the Off the Grid challenge?  If so, remove it.  You can choose Load Game rather than Resume and load directly into Build mode from Manage Worlds.

If that's not the issue, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Try again to load this household and see whether you get a new LE.  If you do, attach it to a reply here.  You can leave it as a .txt, but you'll need to delete the file's first line.

Please remove your Mods folder for now, at least until the game (or this particular save) is working correctly.  You don't need to save your progress.
