Loading Screen Stuck on Launch

Question

Alright, I'll bite. Issue started literally 30 ish minutes ago and the game worked fine yesterday for context. Went to boot up today and I'm just stuck on the loading screen, can't even get to the main menu. Tried all the good ol' methods: removed the very few mods I have, cleared the cache, repaired the game, yet nothing's worked.... just stuck on the loading screen on startup.

UPDATE: Yeah uh... turns out it was because my internet was restricted since my family haven't paid the overdue bill yet. Kind of forgot the game connects to the internet if you're not playing offline. Silly me XD
