Sasha_childe Try forcing the game to load in windowed mode, if you haven't already. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver, as described here:
However, rather than using the absolute newest driver from Nvidia, try a slightly older one. You can find them here:

You'll want a Game Ready Driver, not a Studio version. Try the one from January 27, since the next one after that was a major update. This one is still more than new enough to be compatible with Sims 4 and almost anything else you'd run on your computer.
