Logitech G LIGHTSYNC not working in game

Hello!

I saw that logitech now supports the sims 4 in terms of their lightsync feature. 

However, whenever I open the game, my RGB just turns off?? 

The logitech G Hub application is updated to the latest version and so is my game. 

Please help.
