my laptop cost exactly £300 and i have tons of eps+ mods and i keep all the graphics on medium (except sims which are very high) so its not that taxxing to run

That may run the game, but on lowest graphics settings and forget having mods.

Hiperson12364, sounds great. May I ask if you have all the addons?

I have a 2012 macbook i bought for like $200 second hand and it runs the sims 4 pretty well. The only issue i have is storage.

Hi puzzlezaddict,
Sorry! I got confused about the processor. I read too quickly and mistook it for an ancient Office processor. Thanks for correcting me. And yes, a cheap laptop with an Nvidia graphics card is rare, but not impossible. I've definitely seen some in good condition.
Madison2120 Please post a link to this laptop you're considering so I can look it over. And let me know if there are any other details that matter to you.
Dustlex $300 USD isn't going to get someone a new-ish laptop with an Nvidia GPU in it. And the processor itself is actually okay for Sims 4, not great but not the weak point of this laptop. It more than keeps up with the class of graphics chip available in this price range, at least as far as most games (including Sims 4) are concerned.

Hi Madison2120,
no it´s not, sorry.
The laptop only has a intel graphics and a very bad cpu. You should search for a laptop with a better cpu and a nvidia graphics card.
Kind regards and a Happy New Year!
