Losing Sims 4 families I made from the past 3 years.

I logged into Sims 4 today, February 6th, 2026, and all my families and progress is gone from the past 3 years, everything from 2024-2026 is gone and maybe some from 2023 and I would like to have that fixed so I can have my recent families back that I worked hard with and spent loads of time on. If you could please fix my issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
