lost an account with Sim 4 on it how do i redeem those sim 4 on my new acount

Question

Originally i brought sims 4 in store at and had to make an account to redeem it and start playing but after a while i stopped for a bit and now that i have gone back to try play sims i cant access or find my account but still have sims 4 on cd package and all but an unable to play it without the original origin account. . .help?
