Lost Paintings & Photograph Collections

So today I logged onto the Sims 4, honestly it's been a while. After playing for a bit, I decided to go visit my art Gallery... For over 20 generations of Sims in my legacy game I have collected each couple's Wedding day photos, baby photos, all the big milestones & placed them all together in order by generation. I also have custom paintings (each worth between $3,000-$15,000). They are all GONE! Completely Blank!!! I also have a graveyard and for couple's I place their wedding day photo in between their headstones and these are completely blank/black as well. I played 2 months ago and added a couple paintings to my Art Gallery so this has happened recently. This isn't just a few things lost, this is several years of work and items I cannot get back because these Sims are long gone. Please Fix!!

**** Well it only took 2 hours, but I found an old backup from 1 year ago on a USB drive. So I loaded up an old game, and saved both lots - my gallery & my graveyard. So once I downloaded the graveyard all the headstones vanish except for pets' which is odd. So I had to download it onto an empty lot, load all my photos into a random sim's inventory & go restore them to the Original lot one by one.. which was a huge pain & took several trips from her home lot to the cemetery, but at least I have most of my graveyard photos back. The Art museum was a bit different. I saved the old copy to my gallery, then just replaced the original lot with it.. BUT at least a dozen paintings' value has significantly decreased, and Sims used to be able to recognize the paintings & photos from their own household but no longer do. For example  a paining would say "Painted by Oliver MacKenzie," and he was able to click on it to move it in and out of his inventory, or be able to sell it.

Is this permanently fixed? or in a few months will this happen again? EA it's pretty sad we have to find backups from over a year ago to locate items we lost. I know a lot of users, like myself, have Legacy games. It's very rare I will start a new game, I play the same one for several years at a time and just continue generations. Maybe EA needs to think about their long term players and how these bug fixes effect them and their gameplay.

 I'm still dealing with other bugs from years ago that never have been fixed, like from Cottagecore when gifting foxes items, I still have random gift boxes all over Henford-On-Bageley and there's no way to remove these items from world without downloading CC and I am against CC. In my Legacy's family tree there are now Several faces in color- when they should be grey because these sims passed on a very long time ago. When entering a Country Fair- whatever item I submit- like a pie or a flower, after the competition is over I never receive these items back. Can we fish in Sulani yet? That was a huge ordeal. When you register as self-employed and have the Ambitious trait they constantly have a want to complete a work task- but never have any! Random dust fires in the attic's of homes that are inaccessible to vaccum. A dozen items you cannot collect in the realm of magic - magic items. When cooking sims just stop randomly to go "Judge Decor." If I start playing again I'm sure I could find more bugs, these are just the ones I can think of right now.
