Lost?
I entered my product code for The Sims 4 + Pets bundle on EA games as instructed. But did NOT download the game immediately after. When I tried to enter the product code again, it claimed it as used already. So how and where do I find this download?! Or ability to download it? Or am I out the $$? Thanks ☹️
@amichelleturbo Open the EA App game library, click Sims 4, and click Download. You should get a pop-up asking whether you also want to install your owned DLC, which should include Cats & Dogs. If not, once the game itself is installed, click Manage > Manage add-ons, find C&D on the list, and download from there.
