Love Struck not loading

Hi, I hope I put this is the correct spot, but I'm having this issue where I bought Love Struck this morning, and I've been trying to get the game to load with it since 10 am. The same thing happened with Adventure Awaits, but I did get the game to load with it. I don't know what I did to actually get it to work. I had exited the game four times, and when I finally loaded it up on the fifth go I got the pop up window showing off the new features with the EP. But now I'm back at square one with Love Struck. Any advice would be great! Thank you.

    GoldenBuffy22​  Do you mean that none of the Lovestruck content is loading in your game, or something else?  Please open a save and see whether you can find any LS items, or you can access Ciudad Enamorada from the Manage Worlds or Travel screen.

    Not sure what I did, but like with Adventure Awaits, after the fifth reload the DLC loaded. I'm not complaining, I'm glad it's working. Just so strange that it wasn't at first. And yes, to answer your question, nothing was showing up no new world, no new objects, nothing.
