Lovestruck download failure

So, my EA App told me, I needed to update my game before, I play, I saw my LoveStruck was available to download, I preordered it, and its still a couple days ahead reported its release, so, I have had download errors, should, I be surprised?

    Hi! what your EA app shows to you it is probably a temporary error, because the new expansion pack will be released tomorrow as you already know, so it is just correct if you are not able to download it yet.

    Mine says I already have the pack, but, it's not there. Lovely 🤑
