Lovestruck Preorder issues

I am not sure just where to go for my problem, I preordered The Sims 4 Lovestruck, and the money has already been taken from my account, today I go to download, and it does not show up as in my library, it still shows I have to preorder, where do I go for this. Please help

    Hi there @babieunicorn 

    If you look over your account's order history, are you seeing this transaction showing as completed, processing, or failed?

    If it's stuck in a processing state, you'll want to get in contact with the live support team so they can review your billing information with you and see what's happened. You can contact live support from the site here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/ 

    For missing preorder content from purchases bought directly from the EA app, please contact live support so they can take a look with you. 

    If you're running into any issues with a code or missing preorder content purchased through a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach back out to that retailer to look into a refund or replacement for this purchase.

    @DianePlaysSims23 You can access them when you use the bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects cheats. When you used the cheats you must klick in the search bar and press enter. Then you can filter by the lovestruck pack and in between all of the shown items, also the missing items should appear. You should also be able to search for them by their exact name. But I also find this still very frustrating!

    I did receive 2 codes - one was for the game installation (genkeys) the other one is a word / sentence code. I can’t seem to key in the 2nd code anywhere - so where do i key in the sentence code? The EA app didn’t seem to recognize the sentence code

    @elizah81  That's not a valid code at all, and I'm not sure what its purpose is.  The second code should have the same format as the first.  It might be worth contacting the seller to ask about this.

    I didn’t buy mine through CDKeys, but I did purchase it through the PlayStation App on the 7th of July and I just now noticed that I don’t have it either. I am so disappointed. Why buy it that early if I am not guaranteed to have the preordered items, regardless of when I downloaded the pack?
