[MAC] The sims 4 Graphic issue

Hi, I just download the sims 4 on orgin (I'm using Mac). Everything is absolutely fine except when I create a sim it's not showing my sim probably (at the first time I download it) .Instead of showing the sim stuff like clothing and hair etc., it shown as glitter. Therefore, I’m not be able to edit my sim. However, my sim is not having any problem during the game (It’s back to normal). Does anyone have any suggestions for what I need to do to get it back to normal in the create a sim mode. Thank you guys so much !!
