Enchanted by Nature refunded — did not request one.

That is strange. You can see if the expansion pack was refunded via your account by going to the Payment and Wallet tab in your EA Account information.  If there was a problem with the payment method (a chargeback initiated by your bank or a flagged transaction), EA might have automatically refunded the purchase. 

Since you didn’t request the refund, contact EA customer support if you believe your account could have been compromised. 

If EA confirms the refund was processed and cannot be reversed, you may need to repurchase the Enchanted by Nature expansion pack.

There doesn't appear to be anything unique on the refund confirmation, just "refund" in a green box. I did receive a few refunds that day, unrelated to EA, so I wonder if my bank did something because I received so many in a short amount of time, and then made a purchase? I really don't know.
