Major glitch - graphics go crazy

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When opening the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen is going crazy and bugs from the moment I open the game. After opening the game and closing a few times the EA app doesn't let me open it anymore and it says that the game is already open although it is not.
What do you expect to see? The normal graphics, calm.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I have updated my game to the latest version
My screen is going crazy every time I try to open the game, after I have installed the latest update.

Please also let me know whether the problem goes away if you put the game in windowed mode and quit and reload it. If you can't access the graphics options, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open options.ini, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
