Male sims have women's clothes on while "nude"

My male sim keeps appearing with this same dress every time he is nude. This happens with and without mods/cc included in my game. It appears to occur for all male sims because I had a group of people skinny dip and all of the adult males were dressed in various women's clothing items when they were supposed to be nude while the female sims were seen how a nude sim is usually seen.
