Game freezes then closes on opening loading screen

Question

Hello, my game freezes then closes on opening loading screen.

I have deleted/reinstalled the game, reverted to old graphics drivers. every solution in this forum i have tried.

I have attached my Dxdiag below.

Also, I am very aware that my PC is an abomination of parts currently, this is just what i have to work with at the moment.

Or did you upload this other person's dxdiag by accident?&nbsp; If you are the same person, or at least you're troubleshooting the same computer, my suggestions are still the same.&nbsp; If this isn't your computer, please provide your own dxdiag.
