Marketplace kits are not functional

I bought a kit (Bust The Dust) on Marketplace by using Moola to buy and i cannot click or interact the vacuum to clean the floor even drag it to my Sim's inventory, I tried to remove mods or save and clear the cache, even start new save to try to use vacuum still not clickable or useable.
