Masculine filter in CAS (under fashion choice) shows no choices. Gives message that "no results found" - I have to x off Masculine and then all clothes (female/male) show up. This issue is also causing male townies to pop up wearing female clothes and shoes. This was not an issue prior to the recent patch.
Are you using mods in your game ? If so, please remove them

Remove them all to see if it's really mod caused.

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
I had this exact same problem, so i did a method where i took all of my CC out, split it in half, put one half in and checked to see if that was the problem, if it is then you put the other half in and make sure its good. Then after that you just put the good files in a folder so you know those are good, then just continue breaking down the bad files in half until you eventually find the one causing the problem! Mine was caused by an S-Club Eyeshadow, it was this one:
I was having the exact same problem... Exactly as you have described, but I am happy to tell you I have just this minute solved my problem... After hours and hours of exhaustively taking out all my mods and CC I finally found the culprit. It was a tattoo I downloaded at TSR... In fact there were 2 of them, both by Catus... The first one is "Cheeky Tattoo" by Catus, and "Sternum Tattoo" by Catus... It was all the comments from this post that helped me resolve my issues, so I hope my comment can help someone else.
