amanda-amethyst I wanted to make sure nothing was missing or working incorrectly, for example the graphics driver—there have been a number of recent cases where the driver isn't installed anymore (for no apparent reason), and the usual amount of crashes of the driver. Either could explain weird behavior from the game.
I don't see any of that in your dxdiag, but I do see a pile of BlueScreens, all of which related to memory management. I doubt this has anything to do with the missing Memory Boost function. However, if you have someone who can test your RAM, or you're comfortable doing it yourself, I would suggest doing so. These BSODs can have multiple causes, including a faulty driver, but two at least are typically related to hardware issues.
Your dxdiag also lists a few crashes of the USB 3 driver. These are not typically serious, but it's still a good idea to unplug all your USB devices and restart your computer. That's often enough to resolve this error.
