Sims 4 freezing and crashing

Mine crashes every 5 minutes or so. I have all expansions, half kits or so, and never use mods. It had never crashed before, it usually lags to the point of unplayable, but it didn't use to crash. This has been going on for at least 3 months, more or less.
Sometimes the screen turns white and crashes after 3 or 4 secs; other times, like right now, it freezes and since I don't think it will unfreeze, I close w/task manager.
Please help.

    paolaelectra​  I've split your post into its own thread.  It's a lot easier for me to troubleshoot a crashing issue with one person at a time.

    Anyway, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
